Grandfather Clock Moving
Tall, Delicate, and Easily Damaged Without Proper Preparation — Tyler and All of East Texas
Grandfather clocks are tall, delicate, and easily damaged when their internal components are not properly prepared.
Before transportation, our movers carefully remove and protect the clock’s pendulum and weights. The clock cabinet and removable components are then padded and secured for the move. At the destination, we place the clock and reinstall the components included in our moving service.

After the Move
Even when handled correctly, a grandfather clock may require adjustment after transportation. Leveling, regulating the movement, correcting the clock’s beat, and completing mechanical repairs are specialized services that should be performed by a professional clock technician or clockmaker.
