Online marketplaces make it easy to find furniture, appliances, antiques, and specialty items—but getting a large purchase home can be the difficult part.

The purchase and payment arrangements must be completed directly between you and the seller. ICANN Moving Company transports the item but does not negotiate the sale, determine its value, or pay the seller on your behalf.

ICANN Moving Company provides pickup and delivery for approved upright pianos, baby grand pianos, organs, and similar instruments. We consider the instrument’s type, size, weight, stairs, doorway clearance, flooring, and access at both locations before preparing the quote.
Please send photographs and details about every step, porch, stairway, narrow doorway, turn, or difficult access point so the correct crew and equipment can be scheduled.
Gun Safe and Heavy-Item Delivery
A heavy gun safe cannot simply be placed on an ordinary hand truck and rolled through the front door.
We provide professional gun-safe pickup and delivery using the crew and equipment appropriate for the safe’s weight and access conditions. We can pick up safes from retailers, private sellers, estate sales, storage facilities, or another residence.
Your quote will be based on the safe’s weight, dimensions, stairs, flooring, doorway clearance, pickup and delivery access, and final placement.
For safety, firearms, ammunition, cash, jewelry, documents, and other contents must be removed before the safe is transported.

Provide the appliance dimensions and photographs of the route at both locations, especially when stairs, tight turns, narrow doors, cabinets, or limited clearance are involved.

ICANN Moving Company can pick up furniture, boxes, appliances, and other approved belongings from a storage unit and deliver them to your home, business, another storage facility, or another approved address.
We can also move newly purchased items directly into your storage unit when you are not ready to receive them at home.
The customer or an authorized representative must provide access to the facility and unit according to the storage company’s requirements.

Before finalizing a marketplace, estate-sale, or private purchase, we recommend confirming:

- Its current condition
- Whether it has stains, odors, pests, or structural damage
- Whether any pieces or assembly hardware are missing
- That the seller will be available during the pickup window
Our movers can identify obvious concerns encountered during pickup, but they cannot authenticate an item, guarantee its condition, or determine whether it is worth the purchase price.
We may decline items that are unsafe to move, contaminated, excessively soiled, structurally unsound, or show signs of insects or infestation.
