What You Need to Do Before Moving Day
Before moving day, the customer is responsible for having the hot tub:
- Completely drained
- Disconnected from electricity
- Disconnected from plumbing
- Cleared of water and loose accessories
- Accessible to the moving crew
Access Matters More Than Distance
Hot-tub moving often depends more on access than distance. Gates, fences, decks, landscaping, slopes, narrow side yards, overhead obstacles, and limited truck access can all affect whether the move can be performed and what equipment will be required.
We move approved hot tubs; we do not move spas or oversized swim-spa systems.
Please send photographs and measurements of:
- The hot tub
- Gates and fence openings
- The complete route to the truck
- Steps, decks, slopes, and tight turns
- Access at the delivery property
Every hot-tub move is evaluated individually before acceptance.
