What We Move

Upright pianos are padded, secured, and moved using equipment appropriate for the instrument and property access.

Baby grand and grand pianos require additional preparation. Depending on the instrument, the legs, pedals, and other necessary components are carefully removed. The piano body is padded, positioned on a piano board, and securely strapped for transportation. Components are protected separately and reassembled at the destination.

Before providing a quote, we need to know:

A piano may require tuning after being moved because of vibration and environmental changes. Tuning, internal repairs, and other technical piano services must be performed separately by a qualified piano technician.
